1. Description of Services
Abstra offers an automation and artificial intelligence platform that enables the creation, execution, and monitoring of workflows based on Python, AI, and integrations with third-party systems (such as ERPs, banks, CRMs, and public or private APIs).
2. Eligibility and Account
To use the Platform, you must be 18 years or older, be an authorized representative of a client company when applicable, and provide true, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities performed on your account.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use Abstra only for lawful purposes and within the limits set forth in these Terms. It is prohibited to: use the Platform for illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes; attempt to access areas, data, or systems without authorization; reverse engineer, copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative products of the Platform; use the Services to process personal data in a manner incompatible with applicable data protection laws; or exceed the technical or usage limits defined in commercial plans.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including trademarks, software, interface, documentation, and AI models, belong exclusively to Abstra. Code, automations, and workflows created by you ("User Content") remain your property. By using the Services, you grant Abstra a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display this content as necessary for the execution of workflows and contracted functionalities.
5. Security and Privacy
Abstra adopts rigorous security standards, including encryption at rest and in transit, multi-factor authentication, environment segregation, and access controls. 6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abstra is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from use of the Platform. Use is at your own risk, especially in automations that interact with external systems. Abstra's total liability, in any case, will be limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months prior to the event that generated the claim.
7. Changes to These Terms
Abstra may update these Terms periodically. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
