Google Drive
The Google Drive connector allows you to integrate with Google Drive to manage files and folders, including listing, consulting, editing, uploading, and downloading files.
File and Folder Permissions
To list, consult, or edit existing files, you must first configure file access permissions through the Abstra Console:
- Go to the Abstra Console with your Google Drive connection already established
- Click on "Edit files and folders permissions"
- Select the files or folders you want to grant access to
Important Permission Requirements
File Selection:
- You can select one or multiple files by pressing Shift to select multiple items
- Selected files will be fully accessible for reading, editing, and management
Folder Selection:
- When you select a folder, you only get permission to save new files in that folder
- Important: Selecting a folder does NOT grant access to existing files within that folder
- To access existing files in a folder, you must explicitly select those individual files
